CH Challenge: Dairy Alternatives
This week I want you to challenge yourself by swapping your dairy products. Mainly, milk. If you've already made the switch, then try a different kind of nut or seed milk you haven't tried before! Here are some examples:
-Almond
- Rice
- Hemp
- Cashew
- Flax
- Coconut ...
Oh, and make sure you're opting for one's that are unsweetened :).
Again, choose whatever day you would like to begin and do it for a full 7 days. I'm going to start this Sunday and, if I hear from enough of you, I'll check back here the following Sunday.
